• Original copy of the local resident (native) certificate of Madhya Pradesh issued by a competent officer.
• Certificate of the annual income of the family of the candidate in the year immediately before the examination. This certificate can also be issued by the candidate himself.
• Photocopy of Aadhaar card of the candidate.
• Original copy of the Permanent Caste Certificate issued by a competent officer for those taking advantage of reservation.
• Original copy of the disability certificate issued by the Superintendent of Disabled Rehabilitation Centre, Jabalpur, Government of India for the candidates availing the benefit of reservation under the relevant category.
