JSS Medical College was affiliated to the University of Mysore from 1984 to 1995 and later to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore till 2008. Later it was Recognized as a Deemed University by UGC in 2008 and also accredited as ‘A’ grade College by MHRD & NAAC. JSS Medical College and Hospital is an integral part of the Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara University. The college is a preferred choice for the students across the country and worldwide as well.
